Disability claims from Military

claims won't effect anything. whats in your medical records will.

What happens if you get diagnosed with something after arriving at a facility? More of a gee whiz question.
Then they pull your medical if it is required. You must maintain a medical in order to work. This isn't a one time passing and you're good to go. You'll visit the FAA doctor every other year until 40 (I think) in which case you'll go yearly. You are supposed to report any changes in medication and illness etc

Does anyone know the Sleep Apnea policy for the FAA? Been diagnosed in the Military and working on getting a waiver to get my flight status back.

You will have to prove the usage of the CPAP and that it improves your sleep. plenty people have it, just a few extra hoops for the medical clearance.
