So I took my drug test last Friday and my medical isn’t until March 7th, why does it matter if it’s within 5 days? I’m assuming I gotta go pee in a cup again. Seems really dumb.
What did the directions say?????? ?♂️?So I took my drug test last Friday and my medical isn’t until March 7th, why does it matter if it’s within 5 days? I’m assuming I gotta go pee in a cup again. Seems really dumb.
Did my physical, drug test, and MMPI today. Manager was kind enough to give me an hour long tour of the tower and the approach/departure room. Was notified that I cleared security as well so now I guess the next step is to just wait.
Is EODS the next step or is that the OF-306 that we already filled out? I see that some people who got their TOL this week got EODS and CIL as well.
When I made the appt they were within 5 days but my medical got rescheduled so not exactly my fault. I just don’t see why it matters if it’s within 5 days of eachother. What did the directions say?????? ?♂️?

Really?? I got my TOL on Monday as well and sent it back signed the same day. They emailed me the next day saying they received it but haven't received anything else from them.Glad we both got one, brother!
In other news, sheesh HR is on top of things right now. Got my TOL son Monday, received the EODS email this morning, and had my CIL this afternoon. Props to them
How where you notified? Was it from your POC?Did my physical, drug test, and MMPI today. Manager was kind enough to give me an hour long tour of the tower and the approach/departure room. Was notified that I cleared security as well so now I guess the next step is to just wait.

Would my security investigator be concerned by me quitting my job without notice? I'd really rather not stay there any longer, have been there 5 years. Haven't submitted SF86 yet, no security email yet, coming up on 10 business days since the CIL though.
I have a few months of expenses saved up and would rather have some time to handle all my affairs, relax some and work small gigs in the meantime for money.
Fingers crossed about the Tier II or any delays, but do people say that mainly because of financial stability or because it's concerning for your background investigation? That's pretty brazen. I hope for your sake that if you do, you're not tier II'd. Everyone says you shouldn't make any big changed in your life until you get your FOL/class date.

Yeah I have KH too. Don’t know her, but if I ever get to meet her she’s getting a big hugIt depends on who your HR rep is I'm assuming. KH has been on top of her stuff as far as same day or next day turn around so far

There's no such thing as a tierII for security.
You can quit, you'll be asked why.
The ones I posted? Yes I’m aware. There's no Tier II for security, but you can be denied a conditional security clearance and require a full investigation, which would add months or even years to your timeline in the same way that a Tier II would. Somewhere around here there's a document that spells out what factors would lead to being denied a conditional clearance, and I'm pretty sure there's stuff in there about leaving a job on negative terms. So yes, it's possible that this could negatively impact your hiring timeline.
I assume this is the person listed at the bottom of my TOL to contact with any questions. If so then yeah, I don't have KH.It depends on who your HR rep is I'm assuming. KH has been on top of her stuff as far as same day or next day turn around so far
