Well if trainees can claim loss of a pay raise they were never guaranteed to have then I'm going to claim that I should've been picked up for MCO and someone owes me money.
It’s just annoying to have a performance base contract when you can’t even train 2/3 of the time. I’ve been allowed to train for 5 months of my 2.5 year ATC career so far.

Hence why we had enough complainers about how “they didn’t bid this schedule, and aren’t getting regular Sunday or night diff, and want their bid leave”. So here we go back to 5/2, good job dumbasses.
You might want to go back and actually read what I posted if anything I was trying to sympathize with the situation he's in I know what it's like to sit back and want to train but can't.
