PCT's list has 33 names on it and was surprisingly weak compared to others I saw. Which of course is good news for a lot of people.
There was 1 in house 12 TMC
1 ZDC - 12 center
1 RDU - 9 up/down
12 - 6 up/downs
7 - 5 up/downs
4 - 6 towers
7 - 5 towers all from HEF

Well that ruined my hopes and dreams. I guess even though MDT got our SWB fixed it wasn't in time to make the manager list. F$&k!!!

MOU wasn't finalized in time. Saw the list posted of ERRs available, in Read and Initial, for comment. Saw one from M03 and one from LEX amongst others. Going back in to work now.

Just to clarify, the MOU is specifically looking for controllers from a level 8 or above Tower facility only? Are center controllers eligible?

When the MOU is finalized, it will grant priority releases to level 8 and up controllers. I'd assume, we can verify when it is finalized, that the priority release will only be granted to those with radar experience. RVP called fac rep today so I'll ask what the status of controllers will be when I see fac rep again tomorrow.

I'll go look again and write them down. It wasn't many who are eligible to come here currently. Be back in a few minutes and I'll edit this post...

Edit: (no particular order)

With the exception of CAE only being able to release 1, do you expect the remaining 13 to all be selected or will they limit this round based on the new MOU that'll be in place for next panel?

I don't know how they can prevent these people from receiving offers/coming this selection panel. These are the rules that the agency and union agreed on so they should be followed. Then again, a guy here has been screwed out of a move to C90 for a year and a half and it sounds like the union isn't going to help him move anymore as "...it would look bad if we got a priority release MOU for A80/LAX and then turned around and continued grieving for a controller to leave A80..." Seems the rules change everyday!

How can they not let them go if the MOU calls for priority release to C90.

You're asking the now $50K+ grievance question. It sounds like he is going to have to go the EEO route. I think it's utter bull shit, if the union abandons it, but seems like people don't get massively upset unless something directly affects them in this union.
