It doesn’t matter if anyone concedes. But if Biden wins arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina it’s basically over. If trump takes all those then it’ll likely come down to Pennsylvania and then could take days

what’s likely is Biden wins one of states he’s up but is a swing state. But doesn’t technically have 270 yet.

I think polls and statisticians are making educated guesses based on incomplete information, and while a concession doesn't matter legally, it counts for momentum going into a court challenge and with his base of morons, and this year that matters as much as who turned out to vote.
