He speaks to the facts about pay a couple times but doesn't do much to actually advocate for better salaries and QOL being something the agency needs to include in its near-future planning.
It would also be nice if we could shut down this rhetoric of "The average controller with 3 years experience makes $160K" because I make a shit load less than that and have more years in.

Considering the fact that a lot are stuck at low level up/downs as it is and they’re about to start implementing a lot more CRWG target numbers, your point is profoundly true.
