2400 Mid Shift Normal?

Yup and people on Thur Fri off are stuck on a 4pm-midnight every Saturday on their 1st day back to work. Worked that shift all if 2012

our 4-12’s cant flex and are given 10 min OT at the end of the shift so they work til 1210am. The mids show up at 12. Usually mids here are 11pm-7am.

The contract provides an hour OT minimum. Why did the local agree to less than the contractually entitled amount?

every facility Ive ever heard of gives somewhere in the 6-10 min range for overtime. are there facilities that give the full hour for this? @DankVectorz article 38 section 10 states holdover/early call in is at a minimum 1 hour. However, It does specify "Called in," so because this is scheduled does that make a difference? This is an interesting question.

Yeah holdover/call in is different then scheduled
