For better or for worse, the efficiency is increasing. Panel's used to be 2 days long. This panel is only one day.
3rd Quarter 2017 - Issue, day late.
2nd Quarter 2017 - Panel met on 3/9 and 3/10, released on 3/10
1st Quarter 2017 - Panel met on 12/8 and 12/9, released on 12/9
4th Quarter 2016 - Supposed to meet on 9/8 and 9/9, insufficient data caused a delay of two weeks, released on Sep 22nd

I about wrecked trying to find it but @ladyluck posted it first. It was up on the NATCA site first. I believe they just kept refreshing and POW right in the kisser it was
