Such strategic ERR'ing there. Hope you didn't screw anyone at PWM out of somewhere they actually want to be
I was the only one eligible. I'm afraid to decline it... it's an old ERR. I'm originally from Miami and have mixed feelings about going back. That used to be my dream facility but some life things have changed. If i decline we can release 2 or 3 next round. And there are only 3 possibly 4 that want to go. With our checkouts we should be able to release people for the next few rounds. But they have to pick facilities there are picking up. I pulled a couple of ERRs out for this round, never did I imagine I would land Miami.

Are you saying there was nobody else at PWM with an ERR in to anywhere picking anyone up. Not even a 9 or below that can staff to 100... I find that hard to believe.

Age of the ERR is irrelevant. How could you possibly be surprised you got picked by MIA they had 7 picks in the 91 slot, you're basically guaranteed to get picked by them if you were truly the "only" person at PWM with an ERR filed. Not sure there's a scenario that exists where you could convince me that's true btw.

We've got one declined offer already, that was fast!

Also, in terms of stats...
Total ERR Requests for NCEPT 990
Total Unique Employees 418

Selections 202 (1 Pending from Pit)

Crazy that almost half of the people that had ERR's out were selected...
I have no idea what next panel is going to look like when all the dust settles, it seems like almost every facility will be at or near the projected national average.

You mean half of the people who had ERRs out that were eligible for release. But still good to see the movement.

NCEPT is working. "You people" may not want to admit it, but the more contingencies (and the more the FAA hires) the better this will pan out.

If you're stuck in level 5 nowhere with poor staffing, I'm sorry. But this MOU was about the entire country, and there are brothers and sisters that are now benefitting from a fair and transparent playing field.

There's also people at level 9s that have been and are stuck for the foreseeable future. The level 5 facilities get Academy grads at least.
