I just recieved a copy of my third class medical. Did anyone else receive this? As far as I know I thought that went to our HR rep. Something seems off about this, like someone checked the wrong box.

Finally got a response, I was sent a third class medical because I've had one in the past. My applicant file is still on the flight surgeons desk for approval.

It was from the 6-10th I believe in Dallas.

The pre employment interview worksheet medical email. I replied to that like it said for status updates and I maintained contact with that medical representative through their email.

I’m sure I’m sending inquiries about my medical to the right email. I have send 3 emails with no replay over the last 2 months. Can someone put the right email so I can make sure I’m using the right one? What a pain in the butt.
