Annual vs Hourly difference

Anyone know why there’s a difference between our hourly rate and the annual salary on our pay stubs? My hourly rate is $0.18 lower than my annual salary divided by 2080.

They divide by 2087 to account for the occasional year with 27 pay periods.

Yeah, especially since it only took them 4 months to figure out how to implement the OJTI premium pay increase.
