that's literally like half the centers in the country. If anything this list proves new grads should be able to go wherever they want as long as it's less than 100% staffed which is everywhere. The list system is such trash.
Any "undesirable" locations that wouldn't get picked clearly need increases to CIP since that was originally the whole point of CIP.
Get outta here with all that logic, especially the second paragraph.

The list system is incredibly stupid, but unfortunately, I’m pretty sure there’s a whole department in OKC that handles just lists. Those people have obviously overcomplicated the entire system to justify their paychecks. Some AI program could easily come up with a way more efficient placement system.
Was it not to provide an incentive to go to "hard to staff facilities"? What was it then?

Because a ton of people have quit since COVID, especially trainees, and a huge factor in that is people ending up trapped somewhere they don’t want to be. People used to be able to justify being trapped somewhere with the salary, but since our wages have fallen far behind inflation and other careers in the industry, that’s no longer valid either.
And with that, in the last 30 days every single Z in the nation has been listed for academy grads except for ZOA, ZAN, and ZUA which are probably available for volunteers at any time.
Once again the list is pointless if you can select any facility regardless of who passes. What's the point of separating them by class? Just let Z grads go wherever they want as long as the facility doesn't have a backlog and is under 100% projected.
