ERR process from 2152 - 2101

Employee Requested Reassignment (ERR) into a 2101 position in Technical Operations.

How does this process work coming from a 2152 ATCS position?

Specifically transferring from Enroute facility to a Tech Ops Position, is this type of ERR also dependent on staffing ? Or, can you be picked up regardless of current facility staffing?

I don’t think that’s correct if you’re leaving the ATO. Not sure if it still is part of ATO or not
