I can’t speak to this facility specifically but when you’re looking at training success rate the agency doesn’t discriminate on the reason. So if you go there and hate it so much you quit before you cpc that’s a training failure.

The success rate is bad because we had three trainees quit and one wash out. Just recently we had someone get checked out as CPC and two people make it through LC and are awaiting radar class. The training program her did suck for a while but we are trying to fix that issue, and I think we are succeeding.
