AFAIK no one should actually be receiving calls notifying them of being cleared, you'll only get calls if they need something from you. You can email your HR contact and ask if you've been fully cleared, but I wouldn't hound them about it

i mean if i were them i would contact the applicant if they've cleared so that they dont bother me later. it saves time

that probably makes too much sense for the FAA tho but who knows maybe they've evolved

I completed my SF-86 on November 24th, and my current employer received employment verification forms December 7th. I was surprised they were working on it so quickly with everything going on

I have my boss checking our mailbox multiple times a week ? I text her and ask her if she has checked it occasionally. I’m lucky she loves me and isn’t mad at me for leaving ?

So your HR rep reached out to you saying you’re all clear for medical and security? Just trying to figure out what to possibly expect

I didn’t hear anything from security and it was outside the 10 day window so I emailed them and the security POC from my CIL said they used reciprocity from my current clearance at my DOD job and I didn’t need to do anything.

I got an email yesterday from someone I didnt recognize/couldn’t find on any of my previous emails that just said “ we have completed your medical clearance and have notified HR as well. Congratulations and good luck”

This was on a Saturday at 5 pm eastern I got the email. The last day I’d expect any contact from the FAA so I’d say don’t expect anything that happened to me to happen to you. Just keep an eye on your email and any random phone numbers that call you.
