Lol I spent so much time tracking down my exact start and end dates for my past jobs, but looks like they’re only requiring month and year for this bid

Get used to it. This whole process will push your patience to the limit. I applied in January of 2020 and still don't know when I'll start. There are people who applied before me who are still waiting too, so I actually consider myself lucky.

To those that haven't been able to get through, I called tech support, and they said they're aware of the website issues. The rep said they're working on it, but there isn't an estimated time frame, so he just told me to keep trying.
I asked if it'll be resolved by Monday, and he said if it isn't to call HR since they posted the job announcement.

Lol tech support literally just said that to make them not have the blame. There's nothing they can do. Their servers are just overwhelmed. Just keep trying until you get through.
