Hiring Bid FAA-ATO-21-ALLSRCE-73599

Oh, I thought the general HR office would be the ones contacting us.

So is it actually our HR contact identified on the TOL that will be emailing us about confirmation?
I honestly don’t know, that’s just my prediction. I think it makes sense for your contact to be the one who confirms receipt of your docs because they will be the one you deal with the whole process.

You guys are killing me, this is great.

>TOL Updates?
>Confirmation updates?
>Reply to confirmation updates?
>Confirmation of reply to confirmation updates?

It's genuinely entertaining, dont get me wrong. But HR reps are government employees, what do you expect exactly?

Plus, enjoy your free time now, because once the academy starts it becomes this stressful enigma where time seems to fly by as you worriedly count down how many days are left till you have to eval, but also takes forever because you're constantly being pressed forward to ingest new information. So yes, monitor your inbox because missing important messages is inexcusable, but otherwise it's much ado about nothing.

I'm from 2020 and yes, your HR POC on the TOL will email you back to confirm. You'll have the same HR person the entire process and if that person changes, they'll let you know. And as busy as HR probably is right now, they'll probably take awhile to get back so in the meantime, just make sure you go to your sent emails and make sure you sent it back to the right email. If it wasn't for people blowing up HR's email asking for updates every day, the process wouldn't be this slow

Anyone on here know what the next step is? Just curious as what to expect.
From the email:

If you accept this tentative offer, ensure you check your junk/spam email folders regularly as most contact will be via email. You will receive information to complete pre-employment forms then a clearance instructions letter (CIL) with instructions for completing the pre-employment clearance requirements.
