Who got the link
Watch the coverage of Rich speaking in the link above. He really didn’t say anything about raises at all. The only thing pay related that was brought up was the long term reauthorization bill so as to not suspend controller pay/hiring in the new year.Santa gonna tell Congress we need a raise!
Razwen!
He forgot last time because he was so nervous! This time Santa’s got it!
We need that 50% raise Mr. Congress!
No way this is going to happen.Chairman graves just announced the only path forward involves taking immediate action to allocate $2 billion for air traffic controller pay raises, specifically through moving to a band separate from the limits of federal pay, with base structures for all as follows (not including locality):
AG: $95,000
D1: $120,000
D2: $158,000
D3: $192,000
CPC: $241,000
Incentives/differentials
• ALL hours outside of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm at 35%
• 25% to anyone working a shift that is not 100% staffed, for the increased workload
• Overtime 2.5X base rate
• unlimited credit, which is then approved to use with priority
• earn sick leave at 10 hours per pay period
• earn annual leave at 12 hours per pay period
The newly developed FAA mental health task force team will be charged with implementing the following:
• 1 work from home day each pay period to work on teams, elms, attend virtual safety briefings and recurrent training, etc
• Health insurance premiums covered 100%, including copays/coinsurance for mental health counseling and treatment, family and marriage counseling, etc.
• max employer contributions to HSA/FSA accounts
• 1 hour per shift allocated for each employee to use the health club that will be opened at each and every facility, which will include fitness equipment, showers, saunas, an on-staff massage therapist, and more to help decompress and manage stress
Probably not, but if these fucking cowards would demand exactly this then maybe Congress would bargain with the union and get us somewhere in between. Cut out the middle man and just bargain directly with the house of degenerates. No way this is going to happen.
There is no source. More made up bullshit by 3 people who have nothing else to do.Yea I'm gonna need a source on all that wet dream shit you just posted.
The source is that dude’s asshole because that is precisely where that shit came from.Yea I'm gonna need a source on all that wet dream shit you just posted.
This is funny, but I still have hopes some or all of the claims in that other Santa-Christmas pay thread are true.Chairman graves just announced the only path forward involves taking immediate action to allocate $2 billion for air traffic controller pay raises, specifically through moving to a band separate from the limits of federal pay, with base structures for all as follows (not including locality):

"Turbulence Ahead: Consequences of Delaying a Long-Term FAA Bill"Anyone watching can we get a TLDR at the end please
Basically this. House already passed FAA Reauth. It's a big show."Turbulence Ahead: Consequences of Delaying a Long-Term FAA Bill"
Before peanut gallery posts, this hearing is not about getting controllers paid more. It's about pointing out the costs of the Senate delaying FAA Reauthorization.

at first glance, this made me actually want to stay in the agency! but bullet by bullet, I became less and less hopeful for these changes. A+ for effort though. nicely done sir!Chairman graves just announced the only path forward involves taking immediate action to allocate $2 billion for air traffic controller pay raises, specifically through moving to a band separate from the limits of federal pay, with base structures for all as follows (not including locality):

My favorite quote is when he said we have a robust and highly successful transfer program."Turbulence Ahead: Consequences of Delaying a Long-Term FAA Bill"
