Thanks MJ too for the link...appears to be mostly the same at most facilities, a few key differences. Biggest news is will it matter in 5 years? We've already been operating below the number....I feel like we still will be.

This seems like a good way to get to a more palpable number and still hover right at the unable to transfer 85%. I hope I'm wrong but I feel like in a back room they said how do we increase staffing without allowing transfers as it happens and this was the result

I was just asking myself the same question. I’m also a level 6 up down with more radar positions and longer operating hours. Very odd
