IQTR class pass rate

‘I don’t like how things work and I also don’t care to know about how things work’ is wild take. The Agency does. They’re different things with different SOPs.
He said two different things because both are true, granted he should have used former and latter, but you are splitting hairs knowing full well what he was implying. Arguing the difference between two SOPs is superfluous.

No he’s confusing the processes. Quitting and reapplying is a reinstatement and does not get you access to the PE process. You’re welcome.

It is? If you quit then reapply after a year to the PE bid are you only offered your prior facility?
No, you will get a full list like everyone else.

I haven't read the reinstatement SOP in a bit but I believe they changed it so you can only be reinstated at your previous facility. (That could be wrong though)

Now that they've opened up direct hiring for those with prior military service idk how that would affect someone who quit or went DOD. Can they just direct hire wherever if they get the ATM on board? Cause it would seem like they could

So what's the point in trying to get a reinstatement?

Do you even need to wait a year when you quit then re-apply under prior experience?

IE:
1. Get hired as a OTS.
2. Get sent to a black hole level 4-6.
3. CPC and work a year.
4. Resign.
5. Immediately reapply for the PE bid.
6. Get rehired and get to go basically wherever you want.
7. ????
8. Profit

Am I missing something?

The one year separation facility restriction still exists. This email was posted on the New Hire discord recently, dated 5/29:

It’s sad that they have to restrict former CPC’s to same level or below because they know there would instantly be a mass amount of people at low levels quitting. So instead the only option is give the military controllers who were lucky to talk to 1 plane a day the option of all level 9’s and below!

If you don't wait a year and apply to a prior experience list you'll only be offered your previous facility. That's how they were doing it but it's seems like everything has been changing lately so they could possibly be changing that

Just because you quit and reapply does not mean you’re seeking reinstatement, you have to specifically request that. Anyone can certainly quit and apply in a PE bid if they have previous ATS experience in the last 5 years, same as anyone with PE. These are in fact two different things, if it weren’t you wouldn’t see people that quit to go DoD in here getting lists to come back. And yea, they’re in here. YoU’rE wElCoMe.
