based on others timelines who have received class dates after completing the evaluation it seems to be anywhere from 2-9(or around there) months, and that's after DC receives all of your paperwork from the appointment. My psych sent me a follow-up email letting me know they had gotten everything sent off to DC, but that was just short of a month of actually having had my appointment. At some point you'll be told to do a drug test refresh and the going time frame from what I can tell is about 2-3 weeks after the refresh you'll be contacted with a date.

Disclaimer: obviously this all varies, seemingly based on Hope's willingness to work at a decent pace.
Savage ending.

yeah to add to the above stated it was told to me by my HR rep that it takes between 6months to a year but that is the median. You hear on these forums that some people have amazing and nightmare cases where it takes 2 month or 18 months...

Finished my appointment today.

Any reason for denial?

Worried about that, even though everything seem to go fine during the eval. I really got no sense on why I would be denied. But just want to see why other people have been disqualified after the eval.

Did the appointment go how everyone says it’ll go or did he have you do things that you didn’t expect?

reason for denial... well talking to my doctor she said that Psy. is all opinion. So just hope the head doctor in DC doesn't dislike your name...

but in all seriousness my doc told me (basically) that she wouldn't see any reason why I would be rejected. I would assume your doc would have told you something if she/he felt there was a good or any possibility of being denied.

Didn’t mention anything in particular. Just told me that it may take a while for a decisions to be made by the main individuals at the FAA.

Yeah but there are only 2 FAA doctors that review cases so they are always behind. In any regard, good luck, I hope they catch up for everyone's sake.

I was notified and had my appointment a month ago. Waiting for a class date now, hopefully.

Nice man. Were you the July 2018 bid? Or an earlier one

I’m july 2018 bid and im scared I’ll be one of the few who’s files fall into the sunken place and end up having to wait years to get a tier 2 date

I would email RDC and find out where your file is at. He may just say it is with hope in which you'll just be waiting, but it might make something start moving.

Yeah, I"m from the July 2018 bid as well. I was very shocked when I heard from Hope at the beginning of May.
