Not that I am aware of (not an expert) but I will say losing a significant portion of the membership will bolster the ranks of those looking to decertify NATCA. A book could be written about decertification rules, but there are a lot of them. Those I know hoping to decertify NATCA are serious in their endeavour, merely biding time.Is there a membership level where you can no longer present an entire bargaining unit?
