Pretty much, but it's very much the lottery. They could also terminate you.so let me get this straight, you can withdraw from training at a facility and they will give you a new facility to go to?
They can still terminate you. The nest Sop and it's process is on the ERR page. It depends what the recommendation the panel gives you, and if the faa has any facilities available in that range. If not. You fired. Lolwhat if you are not within the probationary period?

wow. seems like a scary deal. makes it seem like firing is easy even if you are not on probation. They can still terminate you. The nest Sop and it's process is on the ERR page. In a couple days I'll write a full writeup on what has gone on with mine. It's wild.wow. seems like a scary deal. makes it seem like firing is easy even if you are not on probation.
If you have been a CPC somewhere prior they cannot terminate you after your first withdrawal or washout correct? On a second washout or withdrawal they have the option to terminate instead of retain. Then after you obtain certification somewhere it resets the clock so to speak. That’s my understanding anyway, if it’s not your first facility. In a couple days I'll write a full writeup on what has gone on with mine. It's wild.
From my understanding. Partially correct. So if you go to the nest after washing at a level 8 people something. Let's say the nest decides the facility that will be good for you are 4s and 5s. They run the PPT. If all the 4s and 5s are staffed well enough then they cant offer a atc facility. Then they'd offer FSS or termination. If you have been a CPC somewhere prior they cannot terminate you after your first withdrawal or washout correct?
