Last week all override and landlines failed causing ground stops

Just now full radio failure at Newark Sector in Philly and ZNY equipment issues ground stopped all of NY

Total radio failure at Newark Sector in Philly currently. Planes NORDO all over NY airspace shutting down LGA and JFK also. @FAANews doesn’t care about safety as they continue to attempt to keep this move alive @AviationNews United @UnitedPilots @AINonline

First time complete radio failure. Other times was radar. I’d prefer radar outage than radio. There was a FedEx on base leg that wound up overflying Manhattan and through the LGA departure corridor at 3000’ NORDO.
