Does anyone have any experience with their facility pausing outbound ERR’s? My facility is eligible to release according to PPT, but won’t due to management and NATCA agreeing to pause.
We should just start calling them collaborators.Management is NATCA. NATCA is management. Oh my God!

While you’re at it, cc the Facebook page lolYou should def post this to Reddit too to see what the bootlickers have to say
X2 on this, I’d wanna know wtf my local was up to agreeing to something like that!Contact your NCEPT Rep or RVP immediately.
You need to get a hold of your ARVP RVP and your regional NCEPT rep. That is absolute horseshit and fuck your rep for agreeing to something that stupidDoes anyone have any experience with their facility pausing outbound ERR’s? I really wish I was. Reached out to Area NCEPT rep today.I think OP is trolling and got all you guys to bite.
Are you saying local natca and the ATM got together and agreed on this pause? Because that's not a thing. It would have to be high up natca and your facility would be the first I've ever heard of that happening to. They can agree to a training backlog hold to stop getting new hires but can't stop people from leaving if the numbers say they can be released.I really wish I was. Higher up NATCA and FAA were both involved. CMH is the facility. Are you saying local natca and the ATM got together and agreed on this pause? Because that's not a thing. You only have 2 posts with no identifying info... name drop the facility and let's see if someone else can verify what you're claiming
Only reason I could possibly see is maybe they messed up the numbers in the SWB and you aren't actually above 85% on board at the moment. Other than that, if they really are trying to stop outbounds, that's fucked.Higher up NATCA and FAA were both involved. CMH is the facility.
