Cleveland as a city is mediocre; there are a couple gems and a few decent blocks but that's about it. Cleveland suburbs are a great place to raise a family and live a decent life.

CLE is a no brainer if you don't care about a "bustling" downtown or professional sports success and would rather have a 2000+ square foot home, a large yard, and a low cost of living. Easily accomplished on level 8 pay, even better if they ever hit level 9.

I would definitely argue that it's better than "mediocre." However, that's splitting hairs really. Everything else you said is pretty spot on.

I mean, it is coming from Rolling Stone, so I'll take that spin with Salt Bae levels of grains of salt.

Also, let's not act like Trump has the attention span to focus on a PowerPoint presentation that doesn't have his name in all caps in a WordArt font on every slide. Or that it wasn't made by some low level boot-licking soy boy who CC'd it to some of their supervisors and someone like Meadows gives them a dismissive pat on the head for it.

I'm not saying any of that is true or that the report is false, I'm just saying none of that would surprise me.
