Eh he’s right though. An employer has long had the right to make requirements for new and/or continued employment unless the contract specifically says otherwise. The joy of “at will” employment that the right has been fighting for the last 40+ years means you abide by your workplaces rules or they can fire you simple as that so long as their rule doesn’t violate a standing contract. So now people can enjoy their conservative cake by either getting vaccinated per the perfectly legal workplace rule, or not get vaccinated and find another job.
