One thing I’ve learned is local management definitely doesn’t know shit about shit. It took me two years to teach management at my facility how NCEPT works.
Live look in at local management:

Season 5 Idk GIF by The Office

Not only does management not know shit about shit on NCEPT but from my experience they legit do not care to learn. I’ve been told “Everything happens for a reason” and “you’ll get out someday” sooooo many times by my supervisors it’s infuriating ?

The vax mandate is unconstitutional so they won't fire anybody because that would leave room for a lawsuit to the tune of several millions. They will let non-vaxxers stay home with admin leave until the supreme court rules on it.
The Supreme Court has already ruled it constitutional several times.

my Manager always tells me wrong shit about ncept. I used to correct him but now I just nod and smile til he goes away.

No, they haven’t.

Well, they’ve denied to block the NYC teachers vaccine mandate, they’ve denied to block several University vaccine mandates, they denied the United lawsuit. In fact, they haven’t found in favor of a single lawsuit against employer vaccine mandates. Even the temporary stay against the Biden EO issued by the SC specifically leaves out the Fed employee requirement, because it’s been long established that employers can set conditions for employment so long as it doesn’t violate a current contract. The only question about the EO is if the government can tell private companies a condition for employment, but seeing as how the Fed IS our employer, their is no argument that they have that right for their own employees

The only ones that maybe have a chance is the private business one. Because the feds aren’t the employer. But the feds our our employer. And employers can mandate vaccines.

They've declined to hear all of those arguments citing the lack of time for proper assessment, but they have not ruled on the covid vaccines yet. If/when they do rule on it and it's against the mandate, that opens up the case for federal employees as well. I'm already vaccinated so it doesn't affect me but if the supreme court says it's unconstitutional I'll have my popcorn ready, and I don't think it's going to happen any time soon

Even if it becomes unconstitutionally for mandates they can still fire you for not having it, you know the whole right to work

Nah they’re straight up denying appeals, even in cases where the state mandate doesn’t have a religious exemption
