This is why we need to stop supporting them raising the retirement age like yesterday. There’s a reason NATCA does not support age waivers to extend your career another year and it’s a pretty good one. If NATCA supported that it would just be another box of ammunition to take away our good time/early retirement system under 5 USC, if we ever get to the table that is…

I never said NATCA supported this, actually I said quite the opposite when I stated, “There’s a reason NATCA does not support age waivers to extend your career another year and it’s a pretty good one.” There are definitely a few tards out there that want to see them raise the retirement age tho. Theres even a proposed resolution for it in the book this year for convention.
