I’m the new FACREP at FAY, it used to be a death sentence but that is no longer the case. It’s a perfect place now to start your career off. Quick efficient training, We should have you through in a year or less depending on yourself! We have bodies now to release through NCEPT, we’ve already let 3 go. It’s become the revolving door it’s supposed to be and we all want it to be. Any AG’s on here are more than welcome to send me a DM if you have questions about FAY.

Thank you! It was tough haha but yeah, tons and tons of paperwork, outside eyes being brought in, and patience has finally paid off for us.

Building is full of young new controllers, and some more experienced one’s now who are ready to move on and up in their careers. We have plenty of OJTI’s. 0 backlog of trainees. It’s a solid facility to start at. Great networking to get to CLT , MYR , RDU and some of the best golf you can imagine here.
