Yes, bottom 25% (rounded down) must select cat B, but they change basically every list. Cat C is for everyone else. If you score a 90+, you can select a Cat D which are lvl 8 facilities, but not all are offered and change list to list.

It has the entire list. If you join the server, there is a channel called "class-lists" and it has the picture of the paper of which facilities they have. I used to post when the list was first released, but now I choose not to, because with the new lists list are like 8 pages long. That and people are kind enough to publish where they're going so that's more relevant now than listing practically every facility in the NAS.
Not completely accurate. The Agency can still assign certain facilities as mandatory slots based upon staffing need.

If Natca isn’t selling out member seniority for contract tower votes they are sending new hires to highly desirous facilities. Just another blow to the (existing) workforce.
I just came back from San Diego visiting a high school buddy of mine, who the hell is fighting to get into SAN. Level 8 pay out there is basically poverty wages! Not sure you can even buy a condo out there with that, from what I saw. Thank f**k I've got my level 12 pay in the Chicagoland area, plus a wife that pulls in close to $100k and a paid off home... time to grab another beer and enjoy my Sunday off.

Outside of the weather, I'd choose the Chicagoland area 10/10 times. Lots of nice suburbs within a 20-30 minute commute to the Z, and the pay here goes quiet far.
You aren't wrong. SCT or MYF is where to go if you want to live in San Diego and make money. At least SEE is a pretty good "in" for those spots it seems if any AG's have it on their lists
I’m the new FACREP at FAY, it used to be a death sentence but that is no longer the case. It’s a perfect place now to start your career off. Quick efficient training, We should have you through in a year or less depending on yourself! We have bodies now to release through NCEPT, we’ve already let 3 go.
