What’s your guys/gals favorite meal to make at home that make good leftovers at work? Looking for some ideas.
Been doing chicken stir fry lately. I have a big ass wok so I just throw like 4 or 5 cubed up chicken breasts in there with a little oil and garlic and cook them most of the way through. While that's going, cut up a couple large onions, a bunch of sliced baby Bella mushrooms, a couple yellow squash, a couple zucchini and a decent amount of a thick teriyaki sauce and soy sauce to taste. Let it all cook down uncovered on medium/medium high and let some of that water evaporate. Add a little corn starch slurry at the end to thicken it up. Serve over white rice (I like calrose) and some crunchy La Choy chow mein noodles on top with some more soy sauce to taste.

Super filling, makes a bunch of servings, pretty good macros, and reheats pretty much just as good as the day you made it.

Mandatory to turn it in? We get sent the form even if we never saw the person who popped
That's funny because at other facilities you can work with someone 3 or 4 days a week, working the same positions all day and not hear a peep from the union or management about it, just kinda hear it thru the grapevine. So apparently we aren't that worried about it.

That said, at the same time we are so worried about it we can for some reason not conduct classroom training because of social distancing requirements easily maintained across a conference table,
however for some reason sitting shoulder to shoulder with a trainer is fine.

Am I the only one that finds this confusing?

No I bitched about this all last year and everyone told me to go fuck myself.

All questions on the COVID-19 close contact form are now mandatory.
Yah but is one of the options. Decline to answer? Lol

There are multiple forms, and which form gets used depends on whether the positive individual wishes to share their positivity with the others that they potentially exposed. Just dealt with this a few weeks ago.

However the forms' questions all being mandatory is news to me, had actually heard otherwise, but it makes more sense than not.

Also heard they’re adding this gem: “The information may also be used to ensure compliance with the negotiated mask MOU.”

Damn I’m sorry y’all can’t lie anymore

Oh and another reason to lose weight and eat well
Can confirm. I used to be a "stocky" 230lbs. I worked outside as an armed guard at the Hoover Dam all day and would work out 4 times a week for a solid hour and a half workout each time; I was bigger but could jog 2 miles without difficulty. Took a job dispatching for the state and piled on 125lbs in just over a year, 150lbs total. Thing damn near is an "innie" now.

How come dumpy desantis is asking for ventilators from the feds?!
A story of fear based on a news article based on inaccurate, now removed numbers.
