Wait until you have to get a third dose to be considered fully vaccinated. So I follow the FAA’s BS and decide to bend the knee and get vaccinated by their deadlines. Myself and others were working around a vaccinated person at work in close proximity for days.. he’s sick as a dog with Covid (has to use his own sick leave and quarantine for 14 days)… myself and 2 others get Covid symptoms and are sick 2/3 days after being in contact with this individual for multiple days straight. We have to use our own sick leave for 14 day quarantine…….
The people who went the exemption route get 14 days admin leave who were by him for “more than 15min” regardless of symptoms or not………. Am I missing something here? Why’d I get the stupid jab?
That ain’t happening. Shoulda never got the useless thing. Shoulda never said I was sick. Then I could’ve just shown up to work instead of being forced to burn 90+ hours of sick leaveWait until you have to get a third dose to be considered fully vaccinated.
You shouldn’t be charged sick leave for days you aren’t sick unless you tested positive. If you didn’t have symptoms and wanted to return to work they shouldn’t be able to charge you leave for that.So I follow the FAA’s BS and decide to bend the knee and get vaccinated by their deadlines. If vaccinated with symptoms I believe you are on your own sick leave (after the 3 days to get results?) but you can file a workplace injury claim and get paid that way or something. They keep charging shit and it’s hard to keep up.You shouldn’t be charged sick leave for days you aren’t sick unless you tested positive. I had the same thing happen but I had a negative test. So I felt sick and got a test it came back negative and I said I wanted to come back to work and the flight doc said no. It was excused.
Yeah but once you don’t have symptoms and haven’t tested positive it’s not sick leave. Or that’s how it was I guess. You’re right that it seems to change weekly. If vaccinated with symptoms I believe you are on your own sick leave (after the 3 days to get results?) but you can file a workplace injury claim and get paid that way or something. Cleveland SUCKSHad it not been for COVID, I imagine it would have been a 9 already. That being said, I believe when March 2022 TCI comes out, we will know more.
The funny thing is, most people who post this video have never actually given the city a fair shake. Or, they haven't been to Cleveland at all. It's a great city.
Coming from someone with Philly in their name, that's pretty rich. If Philly didn't have the historical sites/connections that it does, it would be even worse than Cleveland because it's just like Cleveland but next door to New Jersey. That's on top of having to bear the indignity of living in Cleveland

Cleveland as a city is mediocre; there are a couple gems and a few decent blocks but that's about it. Cleveland suburbs are a great place to raise a family and live a decent life.Cleveland SUCKS
I feel like Aspen could become a level 9 with 42% locality and controllers still couldn't afford to live there.Long deserved for Aspen
Hey how do we send a thank you card to Brandon for lowering the oil prices
Shoot The Breeze 5.0 is gonna be lit when these two go at it over the Russian/Ukrainian/American war.You really buy into the propaganda, don’t you?
“Price went up by $2 but I saved 5 cents this month. Wooooohoo!”
Once people get a grasp of the rules and are exposed and get the EA they are entitled to, they seem to try to change the rules. They are more worried about not paying anymore EA and having to face the reality of the pending staffing crisis than they are about protecting the Controller workforce. If vaccinated with symptoms I believe you are on your own sick leave (after the 3 days to get results?) but you can file a workplace injury claim and get paid that way or something. You are correct on both counts. Our RFS has done two completely different things with two people from the same facility with the same vaccination status and exposure at work at the same time. It’s legit retarded.Once people get a grasp of the rules and are exposed and get the EA they are entitled to, they seem to try to change the rules. They are more worried about not paying anymore EA and having to face the reality of the pending staffing crisis than they are about protecting the Controller workforce.
It also seems like the rules are being applied completely differently from facility to facility. It would be cool if the national union would help with that…..but they’re a bit busy all flying to Houston for their big in person party with your money that they’re god damn entitled to lmfao
This was damned from the beginning. I find it amusing people are rushing to get the booster just to get excused for a couple days plus their weekend. Then they come back to work sick. Overtime is being worked because of it and I'm not sure how legal that is.Once people get a grasp of the rules and are exposed and get the EA they are entitled to, they seem to try to change the rules. The people who already qualify for their booster are the people that don’t want to die from Covid tho. All the people that got their shots later won’t qualify for the booster for months. This was damned from the beginning. All the people who are abusing the clown show rules will pay for it in the end.
Uh what? The people who already qualify for their booster are the people that don’t want to die from Covid tho. All the people that got their shots later won’t qualify for the booster for months.
They might joke about it at work. Or they might get it so they can get specific times off. But the point is the ones that qualify to get the booster now are the ones that got the vaccine when they first could. So they probably believe it helps them.Uh what?
The audacity of these people saying they only got it to get the time off and joking around about it is just so tiresome. I don't think they fear for their lives, but I'm not them.. so..
I only got it for the time off ?.Uh what?

I definitely joked about only getting it for the free time off but i was the first person in my facility to get it and that was before there was any MOUs in place for getting time off. I got my booster on my weekend because I knew my ATM would have fought me on the EA and it wasn’t worth it.Uh what?
