That’s fucking wrong, we’re in a safety profession. Nothing screams safety for the wellbeing of people like driving impaired….Someone at a Z on the east coast had 4 DUI's before he was fired
They don’t even fire you for working the scope impairedThat’s fucking wrong, we’re in a safety profession. Nothing screams safety for the wellbeing of people like driving impaired….
He posted his own mugshot on his fb? LolI know a trainee that got a DUI. Never told anyone about it. It only came to light cause he “hardshipped” to avoid washing out and his next facility looked him up on FB and found his mugshot. He’s still employed. Apparently his excuse was “I’m only required to disclose it at my next fight physical”
No it was the police department that arrested him that posted him on FB.He posted his own mugshot on his fb? Lol
He didn’t say he killed anyoneOP could have killed anyone’s family members in this thread and you want to still work with them 🤣
The DAC team will say to sign it, unless the employee wants to be terminated because that is what will happen. If they do tell them to fuck off and consult the NATCA drug and alcohol team.
Got sent to Rikers for a week and became a lifer while there? That's hardcore. We had a trainee who not only got a dui, but a few months later tried doing it again but his cars immobilizer locked him out. Judge sent him to Rikers for a week. That was almost 10 years ago and he’s still here.
Huh? He’s just asking what he should do/who he should report it to.OP could have killed anyone’s family members in this thread and you want to still work with them 🤣
I was wondering this. Where does it explicitly state we have to report it?I know a trainee that got a DUI. Never told anyone about it. Not in the FAA treated guilty until proven innocent. Seen it many times.I was wondering this. Where does it explicitly state we have to report it?
I know it's encouraged to get ahead of the curve but if charges are dropped/reduced wouldn't you just have to report it on your next security thing?
I don’t remember where but it does explicitly state you have to report it within 48 hoursWhere does it explicitly state we have to report it?
I THOUGHT I remembered seeing the same thing but for the life of me can't find itI don’t remember where but it does explicitly state you have to report it within 48 hours
HRPM 4.1I THOUGHT I remembered seeing the same thing but for the life of me can't find it
Not sure man. He left the facility and we found out after the fact. He technically got the DUI while at our facility but it didn’t come to light until he checked into his next facility.I was wondering this. Where does it explicitly state we have to report it?
