I feel the only reason they offered to negotiate was because they thought Kamala was gonna win and we'd get more in negotiations so they'd win if we extended. Now that Trump won they'll win if we negotiate so they have zero interest in letting us extend at this point.

Although the FAA would honestly help it's self with staffing and hiring if they gave us a pay raise, they don't look at it like that and they aren't looking to help us. This is why we should not be collaborating really at all because it just helps the FAA

Realistically, I would assume NATCA and the FAA is far down on the totem pole for the agencies they are going to go after. They will be focused on the big three letter agencies, FBI, CIA, DHS, WHO, FDA, DOE, etc…

NATCA negotiators needs to be good at proving our value, the conditions that we have worked under for the last 10+ years, competitive pay within the aviation industry, and how we have saved the FAA over and over again from their ineptitude to staff the NAS.

This is the way, but unfortunately, the majority of NATCA leadership is more concerned about maintaining the status and their positions. The only way long term may be to decertify the union and start from scratch.

That’s a non sequitur. It doesn’t address any of the factual statements I made. And, the Fulton County DA is not dropping the state charges, in which the Executive Branch of the federal government has no say in the matter & in which convictions cannot be pardoned by a President.
