Executive Order for 2025 January Pay Raise

What's going to happen?

  • Biden's staff is rewording the executive order and tables to match the 4.5% the military is getting.

  • Biden is zooted, staff DGAF, and will remember to sign the 2% by December 31st.

  • Dark Brandon will actually come in clutch and just let FEPCA hit and blame it on old man senility.

My facility already sent out emails touting the amazing 2% and then 1.6% combined to get 3.6% for next year! Biden as the "most labor friendly administration in history" didn't even go along with the recent ask from congress to up it to 4.5% to match military... even as his admin goes out the door and with all the shit they are dropping for Trump as they leave they decide to throw us pennies. Remember this next time NATCA tells everyone we have to vote for X person.

Fuck even FICA went up 5.2% next year.
These raises don't even keep up with my house taxes/insurance increases next year. Going backwards!

Cracks me up folks who are on the Biden train, yet nothing positive comes from it, ever. But some how sight unseen were going to get fucked by Trump based on a hunch? I mean a 2% raise is being fukkd and it came from team blue. Shit getting old. By now, what's the difference between what actually happens and what were told to be afraid of with orange man bad and tell me what he "would do?" While we get blatantly screwed. Just the same.

We are tucked because Trump put in numerous executive orders targeting unions. Also they want to privatize. Also DOGE

Biden’s FAA Administrator and his unilateral dictator-like decree about our schedules was another perfect example. They completely ignored the fact that we have a union (and the root of the actual fatigue issue) just to do what they thought looked best to the media. Of course NATCA had to rubber stamp it after the fact because they have to keep the suck-up/collaboration status quo in place, but a bunch of facilities are now stuck with ridiculous schedules that are worse than what we had before. We are CONSTANTLY told Trump and his administration will rule with an iron fist, ignore the union, fuck with our working conditions, etc. but the only one to actually do it so far was Sleepy Joe and Co.
