I just got my list yesterday as well. It says in the email that they will not be offering any other facilities other than the ones you are offered.

Typically how long does it take to be placed in a facility and receive the FOL after you turn in your preferences list?

Typically the following week you get your facility assignment and a choice of 3 start dates. Once you pick a start date you’ll get an FOL pending how far away it is.
