General Questions

If a facility is projected at like 84.9% will they only pick 1 up or will they just get their whole "gains to target/national average" number?

they will get however many people it takes to get to 85, if they have an ERR, and if the facility from which that ERR came from still could release the time the receiving facility selects. Also, the manager could say I do not want that person.

I hope dynamic decisions also involve the 82 facilities that are projected above 100 percent, and release to some of those to facilities between 85-100 percent. getting some people to where they actually want to go.

If the ATM doesn't want person x and person x is next up to be selected they're getting person x anyway. Unless the reasons are justified.

This.

If the facility your in now is projected 120% and the facility you want to go to is projected 95% and more important to the NAS, after all other requests considered, will you get selected? Any one got clarification recently?

Has anyone heard any rumors about there being any flexibility in the 85% current AND projected staffing? The language seems black and white when compared with the other sections having words like "normally" and "should."

My facility is in a weird spot now with near 75% now but 95% projected. By the time a person selected from this panel would be released, we'd have more than enough bodies to compensate. Not holding my breath for logic to be applied.

75% AOB is below natl avg so you're ineligible for release even without the temp restrictions for this panel.

With ORD being on the list to pick people up, do they still have the release waiver that allows people to be transferred there within something like 60 days or must they be released based on their current facilities category?

Even back in the day when there were ridiculously over releasing people they would not have released in that case, I can’t imagine they would do it now.

At some facilities they would. That absolutely happened. Probably one of the many reasons the NCEPT or national average or min percentage needed is in place now.

No specifics and haven’t heard anything but I think this might happen and this was the purpose of these new rules. Get bodies to places up to 85 percent projected and up to 100 percent level 9 and below, that’s a number we can live with for right now and let’s move others from well staffed to facilities to still well staffed facilities but not in as good of a place. I think they believe this will help some people get to where they want to go instead of people shotgunning out errs just to get out.

At least that’s my Hope. You’ll see more releases to places other than the 19 that are less than 85 percent and less than 30percent dev/controller.

As of last Friday we’re above 85% CPC. BUT somebody just left on ERR and officially off our books since 9/1 which will drop us to 84.6%. I know the last SWB update will occur tomorrow 9/6. So the real question is does the SWB Get updated manually done by the ATM/staff support or does it update automatically? “Asking for a friend” hoping they forget to update the numbers. I mean...a friend i know is.
