Got all my D sides and was working on my first 2 R sides. Does anyone know how my pay will be affected when I move? If I’m level 12 D2 will I get my pay saved or will it drop back down to new trainee at my next facility?

You will be a D2 or D3 if they don’t have D2 at your new facility but it will be at that facilities top D2 rate. So way less then what you are making now but not AG pay.

At least you got a lot of options. Don’t choose PAO it’s one of those hard as f—- VFR towers that is still just a level 6 in a ultra high cost of living area.

This can't be stressed enough. I used to know the manager there (not sure if he still is) he told me it's a 4-8 month checkout and he was signing err paperwork monthly. He was saying most people in and out within a year v
