Facility Downgrades / Upgrades

The upgrade effective date is showing 7/7/2019. Not sure if that’s when it was just processed or actually shown across the board.
We are less than a point away. Just looking at different facilities actual time line

we hit our number late summer last year and are hopefully looking at making it official this month.

Yall hit it and sustained it for 3 months?
Been 6 months now. They won’t even look until you do the 3 though. Then you have to submit a report explaining why you think you’ll keep it up. Then they meet and decide if they think so too.

what faciliy is that DAB?

I think it's because STARS works and ERAM doesn't. They don't know what the Center's counts are.

I know its just mind blowing that the Union allows halfish of the workforce to be continuously kneecapped like this. I worked in a Center for a decade so I get it I have a frame of reference for what its all about. They don't understand how devastating downgrades are. Theyre nuclear bombs to your pay, benefits, retirement, morale. We used to sit around the area and laugh and act and feel superior so I understand how it goes. They need to refigure out the pay scale and levels because the gap between haves and have nots is only getting wider.
