yes. its a nightmare for the city no matter the outcome. plus on paper they actually probably even have good claims. Do you remember when it seemed like there were people at every facility fiending to get to Minny? Was one of the country clubs w high level facilities in good place to live. I do. Seems like that might not be a thing anymore

In a couple years theyll be BEGGING them to come back to the country, a la senior citizen killer Cuomo. And it will sound just as bizarre and pathetic. Joe Rogan leaving CA is a major symbolic move that has Texas and others looking sexier and better than ever. Up w the country clubs, down w the dystopian lawless shitholes

Cuomo begs wealthy New Yorkers to come back to save the city and pleads 'I'll buy you a drink!' as he fights off calls to raise their taxes - which he fears may scare them away forever

California is 100% becoming a shithole. Housing is largely unaffordable, homeless everywhere you go, and gas is $3.50/gal on a good day. Oh and they also passed a bill that allows the state to raise gas taxes however much whenever they want without a vote. It has absolutely destroyed the middle class manifest destiny. But people are happy living the urban lifestyle in San Francisco pumping two shots of sugar free syrup in a cup for $15/hr so they can go home to their 2bd apartment with 15 roommates and suck the government teet.
