Nah they just get naughty lists on who has elms and when they do the sip gets mad and says just do them all for the whole year

Speking of LES, does anyone know when the first pp of 6 hours of leave shows up? Is it the first full pp after your aniversary date or is it if your anniversary falls within that date it will show up that pp.

I believe is full first. I just clicked over to 8 and my date was in the middle of a PP and I didn't get it until the next iirc

He didn’t say his Fac Rep was on his training team just that the Fac Rep is training him. Plus I don’t think it’s 100% banned that a Fac Rep can not be on a training team, they just almost always abstain from them.

He has one of the managers scheming to wash me but Covid ruined there plan and they're pissed lol. The other trainer she told me about it when I use it to ERR to ZKC theyll shit

It’s already been stated that trainees would just be assigned to one of the 5 on crews. You don’t need extra staffing for radar training. Plus a lot of facilities are on 5/2 or 6/1 now.
