I know of someone that got fired from a bar fight, but he was rehired after NATCA fought the FAA on it.

Was he under probation? If not there has to be more to the story there is no way you get fired for that alone.

Right, the only times I ever heard of a CPC getting fired or asked to retire is by getting multiple DWI or by blatantly lying/cheating regarding their medical.

Anyone know if anyone got fired for cell phone use on position or failing asleep? They say those are the two other things you can get fired for as CPC but as William Shatter on his new History channel show would say “it remains........UNXPLAINED!!!!”
