My union was no help and a total nothing burger. The faa employees keep telling me to talk to the union they are holding everything up.

but big LOL at the notion of if you want to finish your training you need to take the initiative and get the national natca to agree. LOL wut

Nah I don't think it is him, he had pm'd me prior to his departure basically saying he was finished. Besides there are subtle grammatical differences and sentence structure that most do not pick up on. The line of thinking though is in his ballpark *shrugs* but then again with any ideology you have these elements.
