FAA Crashpads

FAA Crashpads

FAA Crashpads is by far the best housing option for FAA students. It has all the amenities expected staying in a house while attending MMAC, but it’s only 5 minutes from the gate which is the true game changer.

I was shocked at how much was available for use in the house. It has a fully stocked kitchen, hangers, soap, cleaning supplies, etc. Plus there is an enclosed backyard, garage and Rokus in every room. I brought my entire family and dogs, and we felt very much at home. Having kids with me I really needed a kitchen and full size fridge. Having a private backyard made it possible for me to bring my dogs. Life was much easier in a house, and the fact I was able to go home during a break made staying there the best decision I had made.

Sarah and Rob were fantastic and easily reachable. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!
Genuinely a lovely area to stay in with a well-kept house and lovely owners. Easy to get ahold of for any and every need and kind as well. Would definitely stay here again if I could!
Great place to stay while at academy. Rob and Sarah go so far as to not only place you with your classmates, but check to make sure the house you're going to be in has resources relevant to your track. Additionally, they're super responsive to any repairs or random house needs. It had everything I needed to function at home (ie cooking utensils, laundry baskets, towels, hangers, etc) and the proximity to academy was a life saver in the event you need to run to the house for something. Only downside is that if your study groups aren't in the neighborhood, you have to drive a bit to get there. A car is a must for academy if you can do that! Overall, I would definitely book with Crashpads again.
FAA Crashpads is the way to go!
The houses are about 2 miles, 5 minutes from MMAC, so there is zero commute. I’ve never lived closer to any job before.

The houses come equipped with all of the creature comforts of home. There are pots, pants, utensils, mugs, etc. I cooked frequently and I never felt that the house was lacking. Walmart and Crest are close by.

Rob and Sarah were always available to address concerns and fix anything that went wrong with the house. They are great hosts and were very hospitable.

Should your classmates live away from the neighborhood, it’s only a 10 minute drive at a maximum. You may even have your classmates as neighbors or roommates.

If you choose to stay here, I recommend that you book early and try to coordinate lodging with a classmate. It is advisable that you do this as early as possible.
FAA Crashpads and Academy Advantage are the closest locations to the Academy, The house was very nice and the host were on top of things, all of our classmates were jealous of our house.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during training. Rob and Sarah are awesome, very responsive, and on top of things. I appreciated them consistently checking in on us about our stay.

The house had everything we needed: garage, kitchenware, and furniture. Being so close to the Academy was such a huge bonus. I highly recommend FAA Crashpads for any new employees or returning employees.
FAA Crashpads was amazing. Wonderful place to stay, close to the acadamy in a quite housing addition. Rob and Sarah were awesome.
The best place you could stay while at the Academy. It's no more than 5 minutes away, and that includes getting passed the gate and the drive to the lot. It's also right in the middle of all the restaurants that are around OKC. The unit I stayed in felt that it had been recently completely redone with all new flooring and appliances. Has all the pots, pans, utensils, plates bowls, everything you will need for your stay. The owners Rob and Sarah were incredibly nice and checked in several times throughout my stay to ask if I needed anything and were very on top of things.

Literally the ONE drawback of this place is that more of your classmates will probably be staying at Kim's. I went to a couple units at Kim's, and the Crashpads were FAR nicer than either unit at Kim's. They also had to take a shuttle that took 45 minutes before and after class (the shuttles have more than one stop). Who has time for that?? There is no reason why more people should be staying at Kim's than the Crashpads (sorry Kim!).

If you're looking for excellent housing with excellent service then stay at Crashpads. The 5 minute drive is a huge bonus. You literally cannot stay closer to the Academy.
Great location, only a few minutes from the academy. Close enough to come back to during lunch! Rob and Sarah are quick to take care of things if needed. House is new and in good condition! Based off my classmates’ experiences, it’s the best place to live while at the academy.
I stayed here for the academy this past summer/fall. I'm very glad that I did. The houses are newer and well taken care of and Rob and Sarah are prompt in taking care of any issues. Additionally, was great to have a garage with how crazy the Oklahoma weather gets.

The food service was amazing as well (much better than Kim's limited list of store-brand items), making this the best value for housing available. It is the closest place to the academy, and I often went home for lunch.

The only thing that would have made it better is if my class would have stayed here too.
Stayed with them for RTF and enjoyed staying here. Felt at home the entire time
