Probably a dumb question, but what does “Area/FAC Certification” mean? Is that just the date of when I CPCd at my facility? Wouldn’t that make it the same as the from date? Or is it a different thing?

The Area/Fac date is the day you got either area or facility rated. The from is whenever you first arrived at the facility.

I think that I put my certification date the same as my "From" date since I listed myself as a CPC. Is it worth it to resubmit my ERRs?
