Hiring Bid Air Traffic Control Specialist - Trainee: FAA-ATO-16-ALLSRCE-49075 Bid

Seems like Aviation Careers has just been inundated since TOLs started coming out. I received my TOL on 2/14 and had everything returned on 2/16. To this day I still have not received a confirmation email stating they have received everything. When I call Aviation Careers they say they are swamped and are no longer sending out confirmation emails. One lady even told me to assume no news is good news and if something is awry they will contact us. The only people I have heard of receiving CILs from Pool 1 CTI were the ones who returned their TOL emails the same day. For now I going to put this trip back into cruise control and check back in a few weeks.

What are the initials of your poc? I've been reading a lot of people have resubmitted to a different HR rep? I haven't heard anything either. I submitted the sand day you did.
 
Took at sat in December...TOL Feb 2...have yet to receive CIL...pool 1 veteran....anybody else in the same boat?
 
Same here with JUST being informed that I need to resubmit all of my TOL packet because "If you have previously sent them to another HR Specialist or an Aviation Careers org box, we have not received them and I need for you to resend them." This was from DC, who told me to send all of my stuff to DF now. So much for "no news is good news."

I did get a confirmation email from MG that my paperwork was received. I called Tuesday and they said they were really backed up
 
I sent an email directly to my rep instead of the aviation careers inbox and got a reply right away. It said to re-submit my entire TOL packet to a new contact in HR. Who knows what will come of it.

Opposite for me. I sent an email asking for confirmation directly to rep and nothing. Sent it to aviation careers a few days later and got responded to asking to resend TOL packet.

Sheesh. Emailed my documents to the Patriots address on Feb 25th, no "received" message. Followed up with Aviation Careers on Mar. 2nd about official transcripts that I had to request, then mail, still nothing. Saw people getting switched HR reps mid process, and emailed again today to make sure I didn't fall through the cracks or get a rep on vacation or something.

Ya, i got patriots email as well and tried following up with the rep who emailed me. They just said they were swamped and are telling people if they don't hear anything that is good.

I have DC, emailed DC and still haven't heard back in 4 days. Turned in packet 2/16/17.
 
Received CIL on the 6th of this month. Have done SF86, prints and MMPI. Waiting for medical to call me to set up an appointment. Apparently they are very backed up. I emailed them on the date I got my CIL and I left a message this Friday.
