Damn 7 days between referred and TOL one can dream....good on you though. Looks like your process was a lot quicker then what we're going to have to wait for.
I was military hence and applied for both the prior experience AND i was a government employee (TSA) so it was more so a transfer than a completely new hire... Cheat code

I just checked my status in AVIATOR and the message said I was eligible for further consideration but no referral information is there at this time.

Pool 2, I got the message saying I was eligible for further consideration. Not sure what that means.
Well, at this point it just means you passed the ATSA. Being that the date the FAA planned to send out the referral notifications is 11/30, they are probably working through test scores with no list being made yet.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the highest scorers get notified first and then if they didn't reach their quota for potential new hires they start scraping from the bottom...or maybe nothing actually matters until status on usajobs changes!

I really just think they are working through the scores right now. Everyone that passed will get referred but no guarantee to receive a TOL. They haven’t generated a referral list yet so must mean they aren’t finished doing the scores

This would be my guess based on my experience with last years bid. Vets with 10 point preference got their TOLs first followed by 5 pointers mixed in with OTS and CTIs.
