I just called to see if they received mine and the lady I spoke with said they are working on getting confirmations sent out. They are busy, as expected, but she said to give a call back next Wednesday and if they haven't received it they won't be penalizing anyone.

Also, as I am writing this post I just received my confirmation email, is big brother watching?!

Don’t send multiple emails as they are backed up. If you don’t receive anything by Wednesday call.
probably good advice, i received two confirmations this morning 2 hours apart however. as an example to those thinking about emailing them again they are probably going to get to you eventually

Yea but who knows could probably help you or hurt you in the long run in the sense of continuing the hire process. Patience is a virtue, one of many extreme phases is already done, which is getting that TOL. Have to remember that you’re dealing with the Feds, it’ll be a slow process. Just give them time and it’ll come.

Haven’t seen any forms or post anywhere about it. My assumption is no. My next guess would be sometime next week.

I just asked one of my collegues who got a TOL OTS in 2016, she told me that TOLs come out in waves, hers came out in the 3rd wave.
So no need to lose your sh** for now
Hopefully we get one soon!

Would like to point out that they hired a lot more people last bid.

Hiring 1400 this bid? How many in 2016?

About 3000

And yea I forgot to be a little more specific in my post. TOL do come out in waves. And it appears that they are not hiring as much as they did last year according to multiple people. But expect them to hire slightly more then 1400. They have to take intoned account the individuals who do not accept the TOL, don’t pass their medical, don’t pass the background check, don’t accept the FOL. So there’s still hope.

And I was assuming next week because of the time frame people got to turn in their TOL. Last year I believe their were 4 waves of TOL which too about 3 months. I maybe wrong though.

A friend going through the pre-employment process for the N90 bid told me you only have 90 days to complete the CIL once you receive it. Any truth to this? I saw the TOL states you have 15 months to complete pre-employment and EOD requirements.

You have 90 days from when you receive your CIL. It stated that within the TOL.

If I were to accept this TOL and have to decline it later on would I still be eligible to apply for future bids?

CT if you were to decline the TOL you will be able to apply to future bids. As long as you don’t age out you’ll be good. Keep in mind you’ll have to start from scratch all over again. If you’re Pool 2 no need to take the BIO-Q all over but you may need to take the ATSA again. In other words decliningvthis TOL or FOL doesn’t mean you’ll get a TOL for sure in the future m. Best of luck to you.

Ok thanks for the reply. I'm pool 1 5pt vet. Right now I should be good to go, but I may have some issues in the future that could prevent me from going. Just didn't want to screw myself in the future by having to turn it down a few months after I already accepted it if worst comes to worst.
