Any word on if the bid is officially closed meaning no more applicants will be considered? I would think at this point the only TOL’s would be for those who don’t respond or fail a certain step in the process but haven’t heard on if they have finished with their waves yet or not.

Side question, will there be some statistics sent out on this bid once it’s closed? I know scores will never be released but I’d be interested to know more about total applicants who received TOL’s, pool 1 and 2 applicants chosen, etc.

No, the bid is not officially closed and probably won't be until about a week before the next bid opens. They won't send out statistics on the bid, however they will post them on an internal site.

I have a question for those that already received the CIL. I submitted the three forms on the EODS system and they now show as approved on the website but I have not received an email stating this from the EODS system. Should I be expecting a confirmation from EODS or did you just get your CIL email?

I don't have my CIL, but 6 days later I got an approval email for each form submitted.

Same thing for me I finished them on 12/31 and they were approved 2/2 but no approval email. My HR rep did send me a received email yesterday for my AT Basics. From what I’ve seen it’s been 1-3 weeks for a CIL after EODS approval.

EODS receieved 1/12
EODS approved 1/22
CIL received 2/1

Sounds like you guys should be right around the corner.

I just got my CIL yesterday and one of my EODS submissions still hasn't be approved.

Has anyone who got the medical information been able to schedule the drug test? I've tried calling multiple times

Some of you guys are saying that your current employer receives a questionnaire about you correct? What if you don't still work at the place that was written in your application? Does the CIL and EODS have you update that information?

The E-qip has you list all of your employers for the past 10 years. You have to give their address, phone, and email address if you have it. I'm not sure how many past employers receive the questionnaire, but I can almost promise you your last employer will get one if you are unemployed, and certainly your current one will receive one if you are still with them. It won't make a difference if you are still with them or not, there is nothing you have to sign on the form they get. If you left on bad terms with an employer though look out, some of those questions that are asked could really come back and bite you if they felt so inclined.
